第1条（適用）
Article 1 (Applicability)
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、BARIYON（以下「当サービス」）が提供するLINE Bot及び関連サービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the LINE Bot and related services (hereinafter "Service") provided by BARIYON (hereinafter "we" or "our").
第2条（利用登録）
Article 2 (Registration)
本サービスの利用を希望する方は、本規約に同意の上、当サービスの定める方法によって利用登録を申請し、当サービスがこれを承認することによって、利用登録が完了するものとします。
Users wishing to use the Service shall apply for registration in accordance with the method prescribed by us, agreeing to these Terms. Registration is complete upon our approval.
第3条（アカウント管理）
Article 3 (Account Management)
ユーザーは、自己の責任において、本サービスに関するアカウント情報を適切に管理するものとし、第三者への譲渡・貸与はできません。
Users shall manage their account information for the Service at their own responsibility and may not transfer or lend it to any third party.
第4条（料金及び支払方法）
Article 4 (Fees and Payment)
ユーザーは、本サービスの有料部分の対価として、当サービスが別途定める利用料金を、指定の方法により支払うものとします。
Users shall pay the usage fees separately determined by us for paid portions of the Service via the designated method.
第5条（禁止事項）
Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service:
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 犯罪行為に関連する行為
- 当サービスのサーバーまたはネットワークの機能を破壊・妨害する行為
- 他のユーザーに関する個人情報等を収集または蓄積する行為
- その他、当サービスが不適切と判断する行為
- Acts violating laws or public order.
- Acts related to criminal activity.
- Acts disrupting our servers or network functions.
- Collecting personal information of other users.
- Other acts deemed inappropriate by us.
第6条（本サービスの提供の停止等）
Article 6 (Suspension of Service)
当サービスは、システムの保守点検や不可抗力（地震、火災等）により、事前の通知なく本サービスの提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。
We may suspend or interrupt the Service without prior notice due to system maintenance or force majeure (earthquakes, fires, etc.).
第7条（著作権）
Article 7 (Copyright)
本サービスに関連する一切の情報についての著作権及びその他知的財産権は当サービスまたは権利者に帰属します。
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to us or the respective rights holders.
第8条（利用制限及び登録抹消）
Article 8 (Restriction and Cancellation)
ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、当サービスは事前の通知なく、ユーザーに対して本サービスの利用を制限し、または登録を抹消することができるものとします。
If a user violates these Terms, we may restrict their use of the Service or cancel their registration without prior notice.
第9条（退会）
Article 9 (Withdrawal)
ユーザーは、当サービスの定める退会手続により、本サービスから退会できるものとします。
Users may withdraw from the Service through the procedures prescribed by us.
第10条（保証の否認及び免責事項）
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
当サービスは、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵がないことを保証しません。また、本サービスに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について一切の責任を負いません。
We do not guarantee that the Service is free from de facto or legal defects. We are not liable for any damages incurred by users arising from the Service.
第11条（サービス内容の変更等）
Article 11 (Changes to Service)
当サービスは、ユーザーに通知することなく、本サービスの内容を変更または提供を中止することができるものとします。
We may change the content of or discontinue the Service without notice to users.
第12条（利用規約の変更）
Article 12 (Changes to Terms)
当サービスは、必要と判断した場合には、いつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。
We may modify these Terms at any time if deemed necessary.
第13条（個人情報の取扱い）
Article 13 (Privacy)
当サービスは、本サービスの利用によって取得する個人情報については、プライバシーポリシーに従い適切に取り扱うものとします。
We handle personal information obtained through the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
第14条（準拠法・裁判管轄）
Article 14 (Jurisdiction)
本規約の解釈にあたっては日本法を準拠法とし、紛争が生じた場合には当サービスの所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our location.
