1. Basic Policy

Since our services are digital content, we generally do not offer refunds after the service has started. However, if usage is significantly hindered due to our fault, we may consider refunds or extensions individually.

2. Subscription Refunds

We do not refund monthly fees once payment is processed. You can cancel anytime, but we do not offer pro-rated refunds. To stop future billing, please cancel by the day before your renewal date.

3. Accidental or Duplicate Billing

If erroneous or duplicate charges occur due to system errors, we will refund them after investigation. Processing time depends on Stripe or your credit card issuer.

4. Service Malfunctions

In the event of prolonged downtime or critical bugs, we may offer compensation such as service extension or billing adjustments.

5. Cancellation by Customer

We cannot refund for reasons such as "did not use" or "results differed from expectations." Please understand that AI suggestions do not guarantee specific outcomes.
