1. Basic Cancellation Policy

BARIYON's paid services (Phantom Pier, Rakuraku Recipe, Giga Guide, Local Links, Cocktail Concierge, Film Finder, Short Stories, etc.) are provided as monthly auto-renewing subscriptions.

If you wish to cancel, please complete the procedure by the day before the next renewal date.
Even after cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-term cancellations.

2. Cancellation Methods

(1) Canceling via LINE Bot Menu

If the service has a cancellation menu within the LINE Bot, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the BARIYON LINE Bot you are using (e.g., Phantom Pier Official Account).
  2. Tap "Settings", "My Page", or "Subscription Management" from the rich menu at the bottom of the chat screen.
  3. If a "Cancel Subscription" button is displayed, follow the instructions to complete the cancellation.

(2) Canceling via Payment Service (Stripe)

We use Stripe for credit card payments. For services that provide access to the Stripe Customer Portal, you can cancel as follows:

  1. Open the Stripe Customer Portal link from the email sent at registration or from within the service.
  2. Check your current active subscription on the page.
  3. Click the "Cancel" button to complete the process.

(3) Requesting Cancellation via Contact Form

If the above methods do not work, we will check your contract status and process the cancellation for you.

Even after cancellation is complete, you can continue to use the service until the end of the paid period.

4. Data and Usage History After Cancellation

We may retain usage history and payment information for a certain period as necessary for service operation.
